Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and delivery of exceptional customer service whilst achieving sales and profit targets
- Lead, motivate and manage all store personnel, overseeing performance, training and development
- Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff
- Drive shop floor sales by motivating the team to exceed store targets whilst delivering a premium customer journey
- Foster a consistently positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues fairly and equitably
- Train and support the team on product knowledge, store maintenance and delivery of brand strategy
- Achieve company standards for personal sales metrics including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
- Build customer loyalty through relationship-driven service and team accountability initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising directives across sales floor and back room, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with management to identify and develop talent for succession planning
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail brand
- Previous people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and address underperformance
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to cultivate team belonging and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioural change
