PVH Corp. seeks an experienced Store Supervisor for its Calvin Klein outlet in Bridgend on a full-time basis covering a fixed-term or maternity leave contract. The Supervisor will lead shop floor operations, ensure exceptional customer service delivery, drive sales performance, and manage team development whilst maintaining visual merchandising standards and store compliance. This role requires supervisory experience within a premium or luxury retail environment and demonstrated people management capability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering exemplary customer experiences
• Foster a positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team delivery of business strategy through consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor oversight
• Build and maintain repeat customer relationships through high-quality service delivery
• Execute visual merchandising directives across sales floor and back room areas
• Collaborate with management to develop talent pipelines for key positions and identify successor candidates

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role experience within a premium or luxury brand environment
• Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships
• Team-oriented approach that recognizes and celebrates colleague contributions and achievements
• Confidence in delivering constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Adaptability and comfort with change, demonstrating ability to work at pace
