Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and financial performance against KPIs and business objectives
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team with clear goal-setting and performance management
- Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador through authentic engagement and market presence
- Oversee all store-operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers through strategic clienteling
- Manage inventory efficiency and optimize floor allocation to maximize sales and product visibility
- Operate omni-channel systems and integrate digital and physical retail touchpoints
