This position offers an opportunity to lead a Calvin Klein retail location in Sweetwater, Florida as a Store Manager reporting to the District Sales Manager. The Store Manager will drive top-line sales results, execute strategic merchandising initiatives, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards. The role encompasses full responsibility for store operations, including financial management, staff development, inventory control, and loss prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Conduct strategic business analysis and implement merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and optimize sales performance
- Recruit, develop, and manage store staff; establish staffing strategies, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee all store financials including payroll budgeting, expense management, and inventory control
- Create and maintain a customer-centric shopping environment through in-depth product knowledge training and real-time coaching of team members
- Enforce company policies, loss prevention protocols, and maintain compliance with all operational standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods; capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
