The Store Manager leads Calvin Klein’s sales floor, store operations and team, driving sales results, customer experience and brand standards while managing expenses, recruitment, development and performance. This is a full-time position in Silverthorne, Colorado, with a stated annual pay range of $60,000–$95,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome, engaging customers in conversation that supports sales and builds brand connection.
- Lead store operations, including opening and closing, driving sales results, coaching employees in the moment, and implementing long-term initiatives to develop the team and improve store performance.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers, building lasting customer loyalty.
- Maintain the sales floor in line with the brand vision by processing, restocking and remerchandising merchandise.
- Promote pride, commitment and passion for the brand and customers while fostering uniqueness, inclusion and teamwork.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, and coach employees on Loss Prevention training and techniques.
- Lead inventory control and RFID processes when applicable.
- Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in line with company policies and budgets.
- Conduct strategic business analysis and planning, and communicate opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead the store team and drive top-line sales results while managing controllable expenses.
- Own recruitment, talent development and performance management for the store team in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers.
- Uphold Calvin Klein’s brand standards and visual presentation.
Qualifications

- Ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role, with demonstrated responsibilities and team-development skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
