Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and operational responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex issues in real-time
- Strong operational management and daily business planning capabilities
- Experience with inventory control and loss prevention procedures
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
