Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting Calvin Klein's iconic brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic
- Conduct strategic business analysis and drive top-line sales results while managing controllable expenses and maintaining brand standards
- Lead store operational functions including opening and closing procedures, driving sales performance, and providing real-time coaching to team members
- Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers, fostering talent growth and engagement
- Implement and support long-term initiatives to improve team development and overall store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence by processing, restocking, and remerchandising inventory in alignment with brand vision
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, lead Loss Prevention training, and direct inventory control and RFID management
- Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets
- Act as brand ambassador, radiating pride and commitment while fostering a culture of uniqueness, inclusion and teamwork
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and operational management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated friendliness and ability to create engaging customer interactions
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
