Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store team members to deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales results
- Conduct strategic business analysis, planning and performance reporting; communicate opportunities with senior leadership
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of store staff in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers
- Oversee daily operational functions including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, loss prevention, and RFID inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute brand-aligned product displays, restocking and remerchandising initiatives
- Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and departmental budgets
- Enforce all company policies and procedures; coach team members on loss prevention techniques and compliance
- Act as brand ambassador by staying current on product knowledge and communicating brand vision to customers and staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Store Manager, senior retail leadership or equivalent role with demonstrated team management and development responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex issues in real-time
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both daily operations and broader store performance goals
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
