Calvin Klein Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Drives greeting and customer assistance efforts, providing real-time coaching to all store team members to ensure exceptional consumer engagement
• Leads strategic business analysis to assess market trends and opportunities, implementing strategies that connect store goals to broader business objectives
• Oversees merchandising execution and inventory management, analyzing top and slow-selling items to make data-driven decisions aligned with brand standards
• Directs payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with departmental budgets; manages store financials including expenses and inventory oversight
• Recruits and develops top talent; evaluates current team members and manages succession planning to ensure a best-in-class workforce
• Motivates and inspires the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards while fostering continuous professional development
• Enforces company policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols; ensures the store team maintains heightened awareness and reports concerns appropriately
• Empowers store team members to make decisions aligned with brand standards while prioritizing exceptional customer experience and brand loyalty
• Cultivates an environment centered on in-depth product and promotional knowledge to explain value propositions and build consumer loyalty
• Champions innovation and change initiatives, demonstrating commitment to brand values and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be requested
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; capable of carrying up to 20 pounds

Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail store management experience, with demonstrated success leading teams and driving sales results in a brand-focused retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 93,000 per annum.
