The Store Manager leads Calvin Klein’s new store in Montabaur, overseeing store operations, team development, customer relationships, merchandise management and omni-channel systems. The role calls for several years of leadership experience in textile retail, strong sales and analytical skills, and good English and computer skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store while monitoring business performance indicators.
- Manage, motivate and develop the team with a collaborative, target-oriented approach.
- Represent Calvin Klein as a brand ambassador.
- Oversee all store operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure efficient merchandise management and actively manage the sales floor.
