Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations with focus on financial performance and key performance indicators
- Develop, mentor, and motivate store team members through goal-oriented leadership and continuous professional development
- Represent Calvin Klein as a premium lifestyle brand ambassador to customers and stakeholders
- Oversee all store-operational functions and maintain operational excellence
