PVH seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead its new Calvin Klein flagship store in Montabaur. The successful candidate will combine entrepreneurial acumen with exceptional sales talent to drive store performance, develop a high-performing team, and serve as a brand ambassador for the premium lifestyle collections. This role demands strong retail operations expertise, analytical capability with KPIs, and proven leadership in the textile retail sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations with focus on financial performance and key performance indicators
- Develop, mentor, and motivate store team members through goal-oriented leadership and continuous professional development
- Represent Calvin Klein as a premium lifestyle brand ambassador to customers and stakeholders
- Oversee all store-operational functions and maintain operational excellence
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through personalized engagement
- Manage merchandise inventory efficiently and actively control floor presentation and allocation
- Utilize omni-channel retail systems for seamless customer and operational management
