Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve strong commercial results and elevated customer experience

- Manage high-volume stock environments efficiently, overseeing delivery, replenishment and shop floor presentation

Qualifications
- Current or recent Store Manager experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear or other high-volume retail environments
- Proven track record managing high stock volumes, deliveries and replenishment in fast-paced retail settings
- Previous DFO or outlet retail experience
- Demonstrated success achieving commercial KPIs including sales, wage budgets, conversion rates, shrinkage targets and mystery shop scores
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach and motivate teams
- Experience managing visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and drive opportunities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
