Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting Calvin Klein's iconic collections, delivering top-notch customer experiences that represent the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
- Conduct strategic business analysis and planning, communicate opportunities with senior leadership, and drive sales results while managing controllable expenses
- Own recruitment, talent development, performance management, and coaching of store team members in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers
- Oversee store operational functions including opening and closing procedures, implementing long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance
- Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising through processing, restocking, and remerchandising aligned with Calvin Klein's vision
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, serve as coach and point of reference for Loss Prevention training and techniques
- Lead inventory control and RFID management when applicable, and direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time management skills
- Energy and genuine excitement around shared goals and values
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
