Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales excellence at its Laredo, TX location. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences while championing the brand's minimalist aesthetic, managing store team performance and development, executing strategic business analysis, and maintaining operational excellence through inventory control, payroll optimization, and loss prevention initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening, closing, and in-the-moment coaching to drive sales results and exceed targets
- Deliver exemplary customer experience by sparking genuine conversations that inspire brand connection and loyalty
- Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers
- Execute strategic business analysis and planning, communicating opportunities with senior leadership
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain inventory control aligned with brand vision and RFID protocols
- Enforce company policies, conduct loss prevention training, direct payroll and scheduling strategies within budget parameters
- Process, restock, and remerchandise inventory to align with brand presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly demeanor with energy and excitement around shared goals and brand values
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience
Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
