Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening, closing, and in-the-moment coaching to drive sales results and exceed targets

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly demeanor with energy and excitement around shared goals and brand values
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience
Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
