Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations at a flagship location in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The ideal candidate will drive sales excellence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage a high-performing store team while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and operational efficiency. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse store team to achieve sales targets and uphold Calvin Klein brand standards
- Drive customer experience initiatives by conducting real-time coaching and empowering staff to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Analyze merchandising performance, identify trends, and implement strategic merchandising decisions to optimize sales
- Manage store financials including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and expense controls in alignment with corporate budgets

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience

- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
