Calvin Klein seeks a Store Manager to lead retail store operations in Katy, Texas. The successful candidate will oversee a team focused on delivering top-line sales results, provide exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards, and manage controllable expenses. This role requires 5+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated commitment to driving both team performance and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
• Conduct strategic business analysis and planning; communicate opportunities to senior leadership
• Oversee merchandising execution and analyze selling patterns to drive sales results aligned with brand standards
• Establish staffing strategy, recruit top talent, and manage succession planning to build a best-in-class team
• Motivate and inspire store team to achieve sales goals; model brand expectations and recognize outstanding performance
• Direct payroll, scheduling, and store financials including expenses and inventory management
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols; provide training and coaching
• Create and cultivate an environment centered on in-depth product knowledge and brand loyalty
• Assess market trends and implement strategies that connect store goals to larger business objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds
