Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily store operations including sales performance, customer service standards, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand culture
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including sales budgets, wage budgets, unit price transaction (UPT), conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage

Experience
