Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager in Elizabeth, NJ to lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team performance at a flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor and deliver top-notch customer experiences that reflect Calvin Klein's brand aesthetic and values
- Drive strategic business analysis and planning; communicate opportunities and performance metrics to senior leadership
- Conduct recruitment, talent development, and performance management of store team in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers
- Manage daily operational functions including opening and closing procedures, payroll, scheduling, and inventory control
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures; lead Loss Prevention trainings and coordinate RFID operations
- Oversee visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with brand vision
- Coach in-the-moment and develop team members to exceed sales targets and customer service expectations

- Prior experience in a Store Manager or equivalent senior retail leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real time
