Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations, oversee a sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Cincinnati location. The Store Manager will be responsible for strategic business analysis, team recruitment and development, expense management, and visual merchandising execution while maintaining brand standards and driving top-line sales results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening and closing procedures and in-the-moment coaching
- Drive top-line sales results and manage controllable expenses to support overall store profitability
- Recruit, develop, and manage team performance in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Calvin Klein brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic
- Implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand vision, including processing, restocking, and remerchandising
- Conduct strategic business analysis and planning; communicate opportunities and performance data to senior leadership
- Enforce company policies and procedures; lead Loss Prevention training and RFID inventory control
- Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company budgets and policies
- Act as a brand ambassador and cultural leader, embodying values of inclusion, uniqueness, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and P&L management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for retail excellence and brand representation
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; capability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
