Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening and closing procedures and in-the-moment coaching
- Drive top-line sales results and manage controllable expenses to support overall store profitability
- Recruit, develop, and manage team performance in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and P&L management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for retail excellence and brand representation
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; capability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Prior experience in a Store Manager or equivalent senior retail leadership role with documented team management, sales leadership, and operational responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
