Calvin Klein seeks a Store Manager to lead retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Carlsbad location. The role encompasses strategic business analysis, team leadership, sales performance management, and operational excellence, with full accountability for recruitment, talent development, and brand representation. The Store Manager directs all store functions—opening and closing procedures, in-the-moment coaching, visual merchandising, inventory control, payroll scheduling, and loss prevention implementation—while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with Calvin Klein's minimalist aesthetic and brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including opening, closing, and daily management functions while maintaining Calvin Klein brand standards and visual integrity
• Drive top-line sales results through strategic business analysis, performance metrics monitoring, and real-time coaching of sales associates
• Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers, conducting ongoing training and talent development initiatives
• Cultivate exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused selling conversations
• Manage controllable expenses, direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company budgets and policies, and oversee inventory control and RFID systems
• Enforce company policies and procedures, lead loss prevention trainings, and serve as a point of reference for loss prevention techniques and compliance
• Communicate strategic opportunities and business insights to senior leadership, implementing long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance
• Execute visual merchandising, processing, restocking, and remerchandising activities aligned with the brand's creative vision
• Serve as a brand ambassador, staying current on product offerings and market trends while radiating commitment to Calvin Klein values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role with demonstrated team development and operational management responsibilities
• Ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and to carry up to 20 pounds

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
