Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations at its Carlsbad location. The successful candidate will drive exceptional customer engagement, manage store financials and inventory, and lead team recruitment and development. Role & Responsibilities
- Drive consumer engagement and coach store team members on customer service excellence
- Oversee merchandising execution and make data-driven decisions on inventory allocation and product placement
- Lead recruitment, talent development, and performance management of store team

- Direct payroll, scheduling, and store financials aligned with budgeted parameters
