Calvin Klein Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to build business opportunities and achieve sales budgets, sales per hour (SPH), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, wage and expense control, shrinkage targets, and profitability goals
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store performance and drive revenue
• Foster a consistently positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly and equitably
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising directives and maintain exemplary standards across the sales floor and back-of-house operations
• Communicate regularly with the buying team to ensure optimal stock levels and demographically appropriate inventory assortment
• Analyze store-level performance reports and develop actionable plans to drive results
• Communicate daily with staff regarding individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, and product information to support service excellence and goal achievement
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes
• Provide comprehensive training and coaching to employees with appropriate documentation and follow-up
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings; participate actively in regional meetings and strategic discussions
• Make decisive commitments and decisions under stressful and evolving conditions
• Establish challenging yet attainable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Coordinate action plans whilst considering consequences and budget implications
• Communicate clear ideas, goals, and expectations; manage the implementation of strategic initiatives and measurable results
• Create energy and excitement around shared goals, values, and brand vision

Qualifications

• Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retail environment
• Proven retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales management experience
• Demonstrated people management experience and ability to resolve conflict constructively
• Effective communication skills with an ability to cultivate belonging and inclusive team culture
• Strong collaborative approach to achieving shared objectives and celebrating team contributions
• Ability to provide courageous, constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Capacity to adapt quickly and maintain pace in a dynamic, evolving retail environment
• Energetic presence with the ability to inspire trust and maintain a visible shop floor leadership role

Skills

Experience

">5 years of retail management experience in a premium or designer retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing teams, and achieving operational excellence

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management qualification or business education preferred
