Calvin Klein seeks a Stockroom Specialist for its Istanbul outlet location at Florentia Village. This full-time position manages product flow within the stockroom, restocks merchandise on the sales floor in collaboration with sales staff, and organizes inventory with optimal efficiency. The specialist oversees receiving and shipping of merchandise, tracks shipments, coordinates internal transfers, inspects incoming stock for quantity and quality, processes invoices, and distributes products to the sales area whilst managing returns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flow and inventory within the stockroom, reporting directly to store management
- Properly ship and receive merchandise and materials
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays
- Inspect incoming merchandise for quantity and quality accuracy
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Distribute products to the sales floor and manage returns to ensure full size range availability
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
- Dynamic and proactive approach to work
- Strong operational and organizational capabilities
- Excellent proficiency with information technology tools
- Willingness to work shift schedules, particularly weekends
