The Stockroom Specialist at Calvin Klein in Ankara reports to the store management team and oversees product flow, supports sales-floor replenishment, and organizes product storage. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching stock, tracking shipments and transfers, checking incoming goods, processing invoices, distributing products, and managing returns. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week and two days off per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately dispatch and receive products and materials.
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
- Check the quantity and quality of incoming products.
- Process and distribute invoices on time.
- Distribute products to the sales floor and manage returns to ensure products are available in a full size range.
- Manage product flow within the store, support Sales Advisors with replenishing the sales floor, and organize product storage efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in the retail sector.
- Dynamic and proactive, with strong operational and organizational skills.
- Excellent ability to use information technology tools.
- Willingness to work shifts, particularly at weekends.
