Role & Responsibilities

• Keep customer satisfaction a top priority at all times.
• Support the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is available, replenished and easy to access.
• Follow all customer service policies and share relevant feedback with management.
• Use company-provided digital tools to ensure the sales floor receives merchandise according to demand and to support efficient customer service.
• Receive and process merchandise accurately and prepare shipments reliably.
• Maintain an orderly, structured organization of merchandise in the stockroom and external storage areas.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and sort it correctly by item and size.
• Follow visual merchandising standards when replenishing and restocking the sales floor.
• Carry out inventory counts, price changes and markdowns accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies, processes and programs designed to reduce inventory loss.
• Demonstrate professionalism and represent the brand authentically.
• Work collaboratively with the team and actively contribute to achieving store goals.
• Communicate concerns and feedback openly and respectfully with management.
• Ensure the store’s appearance meets brand standards.
• Keep stock areas, fixtures and merchandise neat and clean.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor promptly.
• Stay informed about merchandise and assortment changes and report relevant issues to management.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail or stockroom operations is an advantage.
• Strong care and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Good time management to meet daily operational requirements reliably.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
• Clear, effective communication and a collaborative working style.
• Reliable adherence to policies, processes and brand standards.
