Calvin Klein seeks a Stockroom Associate to ensure the smooth operation of the stockroom at the Roermond Outlet location. The role encompasses processing deliveries and transfers, organizing inventory, maintaining brand-standard stockroom conditions, and overseeing timely shop floor replenishment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stock handling expertise, attention to accuracy, and a collaborative approach to supporting retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Process incoming deliveries and transfers onto the inventory management system with accuracy
• Accept and organize stock in the stockroom while identifying opportunities to improve storage and stock management methods
• Ensure stockroom and shop floor replenishment maintain brand standards and expectations
• Complete shop floor replenishment accurately and within established timelines
• Support SKU accuracy verification and participate actively in stock takes
• Maintain clear communication with the Stockroom Manager regarding all stock-related activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments
• Demonstrated stock handling and inventory management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in detail-oriented work
• Team player mentality with recognition of colleagues' contributions and achievements
• Adaptability to change and ability to work at pace in a dynamic retail environment
• Energetic presence on the shop floor with authentic engagement
• Proactive problem-solving approach with a solutions-oriented mindset

Experience

Previous track record of experience in hospitality or retail environments with demonstrated stock handling responsibilities.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; no formal tertiary qualification specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 16.06 per hour.
