The Stockroom Associate reports to the store management team and manages merchandise flow, storage, receiving, transfers, and replenishment to support sales and maintain the full size range on the sales floor. The role is part-time; the stated salary range is €23,500–€31,000 for a full-time 40-hour week and is prorated to the hours in the individual contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of merchandise in the store, supporting Sales Assistants with replenishment on the sales floor to maximize sales and organizing product storage efficiently.
- Ship and receive products and supplies accurately.
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
- Check the quantity and quality of incoming merchandise.
- Process and distribute invoices on schedule.
- Distribute products across the sales floor and manage returns to ensure the full size range is available.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
- Dynamic, proactive approach with strong operational and organizational abilities.
- Excellent aptitude for using computer tools.
- Availability to work shifts, especially on weekends.
