The Stockroom Assistant supports Calvin Klein’s Bicester Village store by processing deliveries and transfers, organising stock, maintaining stockroom standards and ensuring accurate, timely shop-floor replenishment. The role also supports SKU accuracy and stock takes; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process deliveries, transfers and other stock-related tasks accurately.
- Receive incoming deliveries into the system and complete transfers accurately with the Stockroom Manager’s approval.
- Organise stock in the stockroom and use initiative to improve stock-management processes.
- Maintain stockroom standards and ensure shop-floor replenishment meets brand expectations.
- Complete shop-floor replenishment correctly and promptly.
- Support SKU accuracy and participate in stock takes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
- Previous stock-handling experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
- Ability to multitask and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- A collaborative team player who recognises and celebrates others’ contributions and achievements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
- Energetic and authentic, with a clear presence on the shop floor.
