Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain smooth and efficient inventory management processes
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Prepare merchandise for floor-ready placement
- Monitor and control stock movement to minimize shrinkage and loss
- Achieve KPIs including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, and mystery shop scores
- Supervise and manage warehouse or stockroom team members
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional performance
- Conduct visual merchandising audits and maintain stock presentation standards
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel
- Demonstrated experience achieving KPIs in retail environments
- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities

Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry is required. Experience in achieving and monitoring key performance indicators including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; further retail management or supervisory qualifications preferred.
