Calvin Klein seeks a Stock Room Associate to manage merchandise flow within a retail store environment. Reporting to store management, the role encompasses receiving and shipping products, coordinating internal stock transfers, verifying incoming goods quality and quantity, processing invoices, and distributing merchandise to the sales floor whilst managing returns. The successful candidate will ensure optimal product availability across all sizes and maintain an organized, functional storage system.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, ship, and process products and supplies with accuracy and timeliness
- Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers whilst resolving delays
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices according to schedule
- Distribute products to the sales floor and manage returns to ensure full range availability
- Maintain organized and functional product storage systems
- Support Sales Assistants in restocking products to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom or similar role within retail settings
- Strong operational and organizational capabilities
- High proficiency with IT tools and systems
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends
