Role & Responsibilities
- Edit social-first video content for global Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channels and cross-channel placements, both at Calvin Klein headquarters, on-location in New York City, and on-set
- Collaborate with in-house Global Social Creative team comprising art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers to execute brand-aligned creative assets
- Partner with Global Social Media strategy team to develop smart, unexpected creative narratives aligned with brand identity and current social trends to meet departmental objectives and KPIs
- Execute real-time video editing and post production of social-first assets during live events and time-sensitive initiatives
- Package and edit incoming influencer, VIP, and partner content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and cross-channel placements
- Continuously develop knowledge of emerging design trends, innovations in creative and social media fields, and technology; pitch new ideas informed by cultural trends and past content KPI impact
- Participate in internal meetings and interact with external vendors as needed to support campaign execution
- Present and communicate creative concepts with all key stakeholders and counterparts
- Deliver all assets in correct format and on schedule
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of social media content editing experience, in-house or agency-based
- Fashion, beauty, and lifestyle editing experience required
- Superior understanding of Calvin Klein advertising history and current brand platform
- Exceptionally skilled at storytelling through short and longform video formats
- Expert proficiency in video editing, color grading, light retouching, and motion graphics with both iPhone and professional equipment
- In-depth mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects
- Well-rounded video and design experience across all major social media channels
- Keen sense for color, layout, form, imagery, typography, and composition
- Deep knowledge of current global and regional social media platforms and emerging trends
- Familiarity with trending talent, innovative creative partners (photographers, videographers, animators, CGI artists), and out-of-the-box social creative executions
- Ability to work nimbly and collaboratively at the speed of social media and pop culture

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 82,500 to USD 117,100 per annum.
