Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and the highest standards of customer service, sales performance, and profitability
- Support the management team across personnel, product, merchandising, and business processes to achieve store results
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst delivering an exemplary customer experience
- Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Manage staff accountability by fostering a repeat customer base through spirited, unparalleled service
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening, closing, and sales floor supervision
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising directives and 'door to floor' best practices across sales floor and back room
- Support the team in delivering business strategy with consistent product knowledge and store maintenance training
- Build a talent pool for key positions and identify possible successors in collaboration with management
- Treat all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently whilst fostering a positive store experience
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail brand
- Demonstrated people management experience with conflict resolution capabilities
- Track record of achieving personal sales targets and business standards
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and retail operations best practices
