Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels across categories, divisions, accounts, and channels to align with demand forecasts and service level objectives
- Monitor weeks of supply, sell-through rates, on-hand inventory, receipts, on-order units, and demand trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Identify excess inventory, shortages, slow movers, and service risks; recommend corrective actions
- Build and maintain inventory reporting dashboards and weekly business recaps for cross-functional visibility
- Analyze inventory fill rate, weeks of supply, sell-through performance, aged inventory, and receipt patterns
- Communicate inventory risks and opportunities to Planning, Sales, Buying, Supply Chain, Allocation, and Finance stakeholders
- Support business reviews, monthly planning meetings, and leadership updates with data-driven insights
- Own the monthly demand-to-buy process across assigned channels and geographies
- Maintain Blue Yonder planning parameters that influence buy recommendations, inventory targets, and channel-level purchase quantities
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning systems
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder demand planning software
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
