The Seasonal Sales Associate represents Calvin Klein on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, building customer relationships, advising on products and outfits, and supporting store KPIs and presentation standards. This is a part-time seasonal role in Oxford.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Create outfits for customers and recommend additional products.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve them.
- Address shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues appropriately.

- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
