Calvin Klein is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Bridgend outlet to provide excellent customer service, build client relationships, recommend products and support store KPIs and shop-floor standards. This is a part-time seasonal role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Create outfits for customers and make additional product recommendations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve them.
- Address shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to inspire trust and recognize and celebrate others’ contributions and achievements.
