Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory replenishment based on sell-through data and available backstock, ensuring sales floor alignment with brand standards and optimal size availability
- Provide runner support for backstock, fitting rooms, and cashwrap operations to facilitate seamless customer transactions
- Maintain comprehensive product and promotion knowledge to execute efficient replenishment and pull procedures
- Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual marketing directives in compliance with brand standards and UPH processing benchmarks
- Uphold backstock organization standards and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and report potential security concerns and theft risks to management
- Demonstrate brand pride, commitment, and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions
- Embrace inclusion, collaboration, and continuous self-development through feedback and partnership with store team
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and time management capabilities
- Physical capacity to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
