This part-time role involves inventory replenishment, backstock management, fitting room support, and point-of-sale assistance, with emphasis on maintaining brand standards and exceeding sales targets through efficient execution and passionate customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory replenishment based on sell-through data and available backstock, ensuring sales floor alignment with brand standards and optimal size availability
- Provide runner support for backstock, fitting rooms, and cashwrap operations to facilitate seamless customer transactions
- Maintain comprehensive product and promotion knowledge to execute efficient replenishment and pull procedures
- Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual marketing directives in compliance with brand standards and UPH processing benchmarks
- Uphold backstock organization standards and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and report potential security concerns and theft risks to management
- Demonstrate brand pride, commitment, and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions

Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
