Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory replenishment based on sell-through data and backstock availability to maintain optimal sales floor levels aligned with brand standards
- Provide essential support as a runner for backstock operations, fitting room service, and cashwrap functions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and promotional awareness to execute replenishment and inventory pulls with efficiency
- Process merchandise, execute promotional directives, and maintain visual/marketing standards in compliance with brand guidelines; achieve or exceed unit-per-hour (UPH) processing targets
- Organize and maintain backstock systems in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational tools
- Monitor and report potential loss prevention concerns to management
- Demonstrate brand pride, professionalism, and courtesy in all interactions with customers and team members
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture through relationship-building and receptiveness to feedback for continuous development
- Support company initiatives and adapt quickly to operational changes as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds regularly
