Calvin Klein is hiring a Part-Time Sales Support Associate in Grove City, PA to join the retail team as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute replenishment based on sell-through and available backstock to ensure sales floor inventory levels align with brand standards
- Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap operations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to execute replenishment and pulls efficiently
- Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards and UPH targets
- Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies and procedures
- Maintain awareness of potential security concerns and report any issues to management
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand; treat customers and store team with professionalism and respect
- Embrace individuality, inclusion and partnership; build relationships and seek feedback for continuous self-development
- Collaborate with the store team to accomplish brand goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
