Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory replenishment based on sell-through data and backstock availability, ensuring sales floor levels align with brand standards
- Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap operations
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and promotional awareness to execute replenishment and processing efficiently
- Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in compliance with brand standards and UPH processing targets
- Maintain organized backstock and adhere to company tools, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and report potential security concerns and inventory discrepancies to management
- Demonstrate brand passion and professionalism in customer and colleague interactions
- Embrace company initiatives and work collaboratively to accomplish brand goals
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
