Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the retail sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the brand's minimalist aesthetic. In this part-time supervisory role, the candidate will drive daily sales performance, coach associates, oversee store operations including opening and closing procedures, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The position requires prior retail leadership and key holder experience, alongside strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build brand connection through authentic engagement
- Lead and coach associates in real-time to meet daily sales goals and performance targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures as key holder, including cash handling and security
- Drive visual merchandising and restocking initiatives aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision

Qualifications
