Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive sales performance targets
- Open and close the store, serving as key holder and leader on duty
- Coach and mentor retail associates in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment

- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including restocking, processing, and remerchandising inventory

Qualifications
