Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors for Calvin Klein, forging emotional connections between customers and the brand through exceptional service and product expertise. Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer with suggestive selling techniques to drive UPT (units per transaction) and conversion metrics
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and promotional awareness to communicate brand value and build customer loyalty
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience by prioritizing customer-first service and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement
- Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, and visual merchandising directives in strict alignment with Calvin Klein brand standards
- Manage backstock organization and inventory control processes, including RFID compliance and adherence to company procedures
- Monitor store security, remain vigilant for potential theft, and report concerns to management

Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
