Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service by following Calvin Klein service protocols and treating all customers fairly and consistently
- Maintain detailed product knowledge to inform and advise customers and colleagues effectively
- Ensure consistent and accurate product stocking and inventory management
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards throughout the store environment
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklists as assigned by the Store Manager
- Participate in store inventory cycles as required
- Perform assigned tasks with meticulous attention to detail and punctuality
Qualifications
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) at a highly proficient level
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) at a highly proficient level
- Experience in retail and visual merchandising
- Demonstrated commitment to Nordic values including trust, empathy, passion, integrity, transparency, accountability, and individuality
- Ability to work collaboratively and take independent initiative

Experience
Retail and visual merchandising experience is required. Management experience or prior responsibility in customer-facing retail roles is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; relevant retail training or certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
