Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine warmth and engage in meaningful conversations that inspire brand connection and sales
• Educate and assist customers on Calvin Klein's product offerings, brand heritage, and design philosophy
• Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards aligned with brand vision through restocking, processing, and floor organization
• Process transactions, manage inventory, and support back-of-house operations to ensure store efficiency
• Embody brand values through consistent demonstration of passion, pride, and commitment to inclusion and teamwork
• Support store management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
