Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated customer experience on the sales floor, showcasing the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic. The role encompasses greeting and engaging customers, processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards in alignment with brand guidelines. The Sales Associate will function as a brand ambassador, fostering genuine connections with customers while contributing to the store's operational success under the direction of Store Management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer interactions with genuine welcomes and brand-focused conversation to inspire purchases and build lasting brand connection
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying current with Calvin Klein's fashion offerings and communicating the brand's unique positioning to customers
• Process sales transactions, restock merchandise, and maintain visual displays in accordance with brand standards and store operational procedures
• Contribute to overall store operations by performing behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Demonstrate commitment to inclusivity, teamwork, and brand pride through professional conduct and positive energy

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for candidates without prior background in the sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.90 to USD 21.40 per hour.
