Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate to join its Rome store on a part-time basis (18 hours weekly). The successful candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador, managing customer relationships across an international clientele while driving sales through effective techniques and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include product knowledge communication, stock management, and fostering a positive store environment aligned with PVH corporate values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, accompanying customers throughout the sales process and building loyalty
- Manage relationships with an international customer base, communicating product details and PVH brand values
- Employ effective sales techniques to achieve established sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store presentation
- Monitor and manage stock levels on the sales floor, replenishing inventory to ensure full range availability across sizes and styles
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
