Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate for its Roermond outlet location. The role is central to delivering the brand's commitment to exceptional in-store experience and customer service excellence. The successful candidate will embody Calvin Klein's values as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge whilst building lasting client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and driving store KPIs through outfit recommendations and consultative selling.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative, attentive service
• Serve as the authorising point of contact for discounts and customer issue resolution
• Function as a brand ambassador with demonstrated in-depth product knowledge and brand understanding
• Build and maintain professional, lasting relationships with customers
• Conduct outfit assemblies and provide tailored product recommendations based on individual customer needs
• Assess customer requirements and communicate detailed product features and benefits
• Actively drive store KPIs and suggest process improvements
• Maintain shop floor and stockroom organisation, presentation and cleanliness to brand standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or retail environments
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships
• Team-oriented mindset with recognition of collective contributions and achievements
• Adaptability and resilience in response to operational change
• Energetic, authentic presence with commanding shop floor demeanor
• Solution-oriented 'can do' approach with demonstrated initiative

Skills

Experience

Previous track record in hospitality or retail is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion retail or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 16.06 per hour.
