Calvin Klein seeks an outgoing, service-oriented Sales Associate for its Ringsted Outlet Store. The part-time role requires proven retail experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will maintain visual standards, manage inventory responsibilities, and uphold Calvin Klein's brand standards while supporting daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by following Calvin Klein's service standards and maintaining fair, consistent treatment of all customers
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform customers and colleagues and provide accurate product information
- Ensure consistent and accurate stock replenishment and merchandise display according to visual standards
- Perform assigned daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklists to ensure store readiness
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking as required
- Execute assigned tasks with attention to detail and timeliness
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience
- Proficiency in Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
