Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and engage them in conversations that encourage sales and build connections with the brand.
• Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand identity to customers, fostering lasting customer loyalty.
• Process merchandise, replenish stock, operate the register, and perform other sales-floor tasks in line with brand standards and visual direction.
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture while demonstrating pride, commitment, and enthusiasm for the brand and its customers.
• Support the smooth operation of the store through behind-the-scenes work under the guidance of the Store Management team.
• Contribute to the store’s overall business success and uphold Calvin Klein’s brand standards and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Prior retail experience; training is available for candidates without it.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
