Calvin Klein is seeking a Sales Associate for its new pop-up store at Terrasses du Port in Marseille, planned to operate for one year. This part-time, fixed-term role is for 21 hours and ideally starts in November; the associate will support the store launch, customer experience, sales, daily operations and stock organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist and advise customers throughout their in-store journey, identify their needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product features effectively.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and share customer feedback with the management team to support continuous improvement in the store.
- Contribute to daily store operations, including replenishment, transactions and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain well-organized stock in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Help prevent shrinkage by remaining vigilant and reporting unusual situations.
- Represent the brand professionally, enthusiastically and with pride.
